Returns + Exchanges
We try our best to show all of our hair extension colors as accurately as possible on our website. We do understand that picking the right color may not be easy when choosing from a computer screen, therefore we are happy to exchange your unopened TEASE HTX HAIR hair extensions set for a set of the right color within 7 days from the day you receive your package.
TEASE HTX HAIR do not offer product refunds for hair extensions once it has been worn or the security tie has been removed, unless the product is faulty. You can exchange your order within 7 days as long as it has NOT been worn or removed from its security ties at the top of the hair or from the main package. The packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. Due to hygienic and safety reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened. You must contact us first at (email@example.com) with the subject “Exchange” prior to shipping the package. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.
We also do not offer product refunds for a ‘change of mind’ or cancellation on any purchase, only product exchange might be offered within 7 days of receiving it.

Returned goods will be replaced or a full credit, less shipping costs, will be applied against future purchases – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
All products must be returned in original packaging without tampering or credit/exchange is forfeited without dispute.
Please select your products carefully. TEASE HTX HAIR will not accept returns, exchange or provide credit if you, the customer purchases the incorrect product.
Refunds on faulty products will only be processed within 7 days of receiving the product and no more than that. If you would like to request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will assist you with your request.
